RETURN POLICY

Exchanges or returns can be made within a maximum of 15 calendar days from the date of purchase.

To process an exchange or return, you must:

  • Send an email requesting the exchange or return, specifying the reason. Include the Order Number in the subject line.
  • Upon receiving your email, we will contact you within a maximum of 5 business days to schedule an appointment at our Miraflores store.
  • The exchange or return must be made by the person who purchased the product.
  • It is important that the items for exchange or return are in the same condition in which they were delivered, along with the cases, manuals, or user guides
    (as applicable).
  • Before proceeding with the exchange or return, the items will be evaluated. The diamonds will be tested to guarantee their authenticity, and the diamond's characteristics
    will be compared with the certificates.

Part Replacement:

  • We will schedule an appointment at our store in San Isidro (business hours: Monday to Friday, 10 am to 2 pm and 3 pm to 5 pm) so you can exchange the part.

Part Return:

  •  A part return will be accepted in the following cases:

- The product received is not the one you selected.

– The product does not meet the advertised specifications or is defective.

– The delivery was not made within the indicated/agreed timeframe.

  • Under no circumstances will a refund be issued. A credit note will be issued with a maximum validity of 6 (six) months.
