Shipping Cost
Shipping is free to the delivery zones detailed below.
For areas not listed below, shipping costs will be calculated on a case-by-case basis.

We deliver to the following districts in Lima:

La Molina
La Victoria (sólo Urbanización Santa Catalina)

San Borja
Delivery Time
We deliver to the following districts in Lima:
- Delivery times are estimated from the payment confirmation.
- Once payment is confirmed, we will contact you by phone and/or email to coordinate the estimated date and time of delivery, as well as the details of the
person who will receive the order. - The estimated delivery time for Lima is 3 to 5 business days, depending on the delivery area. Store Pickup
Recojo en tienda
When coordinating the product delivery, you can request the Store Pickup option. To do this
- We will schedule an appointment at our San Isidro location, Av.
Alvarez Calderon 185 (Monday to Friday from 10:30 am to 1:30
pm and from 3 pm to 5:30 pm) - You must specify the name of the person who will pick up the
order and their ID or passport number.
Delivery Process
- We will request the identification document of the person authorized to receive the order.
Once the delivery is made, we will take a photo of the person receiving the order and their ID. - You must sign the Delivery Slip
- The Sales Receipt or Invoice will be sent to your email address.
Please note:
- If, at the time of delivery at the specified location, neither the registered buyer nor the person authorized to receive the product is present, the order will not be delivered. In this case, you must contact Gaya Joyas by email at gaya@gayajoyas.com or call 999 914 160 to reschedule the delivery.
- If the product is not received after two delivery attempts, you can pick it up at our store. At the time of pickup, you must present your Identity Document or Foreign Resident Card.
- Upon delivery of the product, either at your home or at the store, you must check its condition. If no claim is registered on the delivery document, it will be understood that the product was received in satisfactory condition.
